Drying is one of the oldest methods used by human beings to preserve their food, and its importance is increasing day by day with developing technology. With this project, a drying area is provided with a polycarbonate greenhouse, where different types of products (paradise, tomato, lemon, orange, apple, plum, etc.) can be dried, where dry hot air is fed with a hybrid collector design, supported by renewable energy, and a unique electronic card and A drying system that can be controlled by software and complies with food hygiene standards has been developed.
